Credits & billing
- Monthly credits renew automatically: free accounts on the signup anniversary, paid plans on the billing cycle. Unused monthly credits don't roll over; top-ups stay until used.
- Plan changes: upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades and cancellations apply at period end, so you keep what you paid for. Manage it from your account page.
- Billing problem? Email us. Refunds and billing questions are handled case by case, quickly.
Account & sign-in
- No verification email? Check spam first, then use the resend link on the sign-in card.
- Forgotten password: reset it here. Links are valid for one hour.
- Two-factor codes come from your authenticator app; recovery codes work in the same field.
Valuations
- How the number is built (the formula, the comparable-sales engine, the confidence score) is documented on the methodology page.
- Think a value is wrong? Tell us, especially if you know the name's real sale price. Accuracy reports go straight into improving the model.
API & bulk
