Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what's needed to run the service, we don't sell it, and payment card details never touch our servers.

What we collect

Your submitted domains

The specific names you value or search stay private. We never sell, publish, or expose them: they're never shown to other users, never listed publicly, and never compiled into a shareable record of what anyone is researching. Beyond producing your appraisal (which may involve third-party infrastructure and AI providers, under their own terms), the only further use is non-identifying, aggregated market statistics.

How we use it

Cookies & local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser local storage to remember interface preferences (such as the light/dark theme). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate DomainTier (payment processing, infrastructure), or if required by law.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from the account page at any time; this removes your personal data, while anonymized usage records may be retained for accounting and abuse-prevention purposes. Server logs rotate on a short schedule.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Contact support (at) domaintier.com and we'll respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
